Where are your products made?

All our products are made within a 40km radius of the Melbourne CBD, Australia.  We are currently working with suppliers in the UK to establish a local point of production for our UK/EU customers.

How do you recommend I care for my garmnets?

We recommend hand washing of all your SWETE pieces.  We understand that you live a busy life - a cool machine wash is suitable and then hang it on the washing line to dry.  Your SWETE garment can survive the dryer, we don't advise this as shrinkage may occur. 

Do you ship Internationally?

We offer shipping on all purchases in AUSTRALIA via Australia Post with expected deliverey of 7-10 days from date of purchase.  Express Postage via Australia Post is available. For all other locations we are happy to ship to you, a relevant fee will be charged for shipping costs.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns or exchange within 14 days of purchase on product that have not been worn or damaged from their original condition.  Please contact sales@theswete.com and quote your invoice number in the subject heading and we will assist you through the process.  

  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items. 
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
